"Legit products and no sketchy surprises"
I ordered from Danessa Myricks Beauty because I was a little nervous about getting fake products from other sites, i’m really glad I went straight to the source.
Everything showed up sealed, the shades looked exactly like what I’ve seen in store, and the packaging and textures felt totally legit. It was kind of a relief opening it all and not having that weird “is this real?” feeling.
Shipping was smooth enough, and I’m happy with the whole experience. I’ll definitely order from the site again when I need to restock

I wasn’t sure how well it would last once the weather got humid, you know how things can start slipping or wearing off, but it actually stayed put really well. i was impressed. No constant fixing, no fuss, just worked like it was supposed to

"Quick delivery, cute packaging!!"
My order from danessamyricksbeauty.com showed up fast, which was a nice surprise!! The packaging looked really nice too... everything inside was wrapped well, and nothing leaked, spilled, or broke at all, so I was definitely happy about that!!! I'm giving it 4 stars just because the outside shipping box had a small dent on one corner... not a huge deal, but I did notice it. Overall, everything felt secure, clean, and put together nicely!!

"Really glow"
I really liked the finish on this. It gives such a glow without looking way too shiny or overdone. It stayed looking nice on me for most of the day, which was a pleasant surprise. The only thing is you do have to blend it out quickly, but overall I’m super happy with it...

I was really expecting more pigment from this. It went on patchy and looked super faint right away. I tried building it up with a few layers, but even then it still looked kind of dull. it just wasn’t worth it for me

"Shade matching was way more frustrating than it should’ve been"
I really wanted to like this brand more, but the shade range still feels uneven to me. Some of the deeper shades seem limited or pull kind of weird, and trying to figure out a match online was annoying. For the price, I expected better undertones and more options. The products themselves are fine, but the whole process of finding my shade was frustrating, especially when support just sent me a generic copy-paste response that didn’t actually help

"Good products, return was a little slow"
I’ve liked the products I’ve ordered from them, and overall the experience was okay. The only thing was that my return took longer than I expected, and I had to wait a bit for the refund. The updates could’ve been clearer too. Customer service did get back to me and helped sort it out, just not super quickly. Not a bad experience in the end, but the return process could be a bit smoother.

"Builds nicely without looking heavy"
I’ve been really happy with how easy this is to layer. It doesn’t get cakey on me, even when I add a bit more coverage. To be fair, I still think it depends on your skin prep and how much you use, but overall it gives a smooth, natural finish.

"Light feel, solid coverage"
Tried the blurring balm and was surprised. Looks sheer at first, but it evened my redness and old marks without feeling heavy. I use a quick thin layer for work, then build it a bit if I’m going out. Wore well most of the day too. Easy 5 stars.

I do like the products, they’ve been solid for me, but the customer service was a little slow getting back to my email. I was kind of waiting around like—okay, did they see it? They did reply eventually and got the issue fixed, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall. I just wish the response time had been quicker.

I have combination skin, so I’m picky about what actually works for me. Overall, these products performed really well. The balm didn’t make me look oily, which is a big plus, and the tint didn’t cling too badly to my dry patches. It did take some trial and error to get the shade right, but once I did, I felt like it was a solid buy. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Good idea, but the shade was off"
I liked how easy the shade match tool was to use, and the color looked promising online. Unfortunately, once the foundation arrived and I tried it on, it pulled way too orange on my skin. I was hoping it would be a better match, so that was disappointing. The formula itself seemed okay, but the shade just didn’t work for me

"Useful, but takes some figuring out"
It works in a bunch of different ways, which is nice, but it’s not always the easiest thing to deal with. I feel like products like this always have a bit of a learning curve, and you end up clicking around until something finally makes sense. Once you get the hang of it, it does the job, but it could definitely be more straightforward

"Not Smooth Enough for How I Shop"
I’m a makeup artist, so when I’m trying to restock or compare kits, I need everything to be quick and easy for me. This site just felt annoying to use. The shades and product info are kind of all over the place, and I had to click around way too much just to find what I needed. Checkout on my phone was also clunky, which is frustrating when I’m trying to buy fast between jobs. For the way I work, it didn’t make my life easier. Not impressed.

I really wanted to like this, but applying it was way more frustrating than I expected. It went on patchy, and I kept having to fix spots with my fingers just to make it look okay. Maybe it works better for other people, but for the price, I expected it to be smoother and not such a hassle. I feel like the brand should apologize for how fussy this is to use.
